Why Join Team Training?
There are five different training programs for the Danskin Women's Triathlon Series (DWTS). We guarantee that one of them meets your needs and interests. Here's a quick way to decide whether one or more of the programs is right for you.

- My Coach: One-on-one coaching from certified Heart Zones Coaches and Team Training coaches for those women who prefer individual versus group coaching. This is the premier training program. Meet Cindy Miller, National Coach, she's not only a professional, but a gal that knows the DWTS triathlete is special and needs special coaching attention!
- Team DWTS Training: 8-10 weeks of in-person group training which includes either Level 1 First Timers or Level 2 experienced triathletes. Training with a team can make all of the difference for keeping you on a training program.
- Camp DWTS: One-day camp with professional coaches that know that what's important is to learn specific triathlon experiences - transitions, open water swimming, riding with a group of riders during an event. The camp includes training handouts, workout plan, comraderie from others - plus you probably will meet your new training partner at Camp DWTS.
- Clinics for DWTS: 2-4 hour workshop/workouts in two formats:
- Course Clinics: Meet at the race site, partially train on the course, learn about transition, equipment, visualization of the event, and enjoy an easy workout.
- Skills Clinics: For those athletes who need to sharpen their skills or learn one of the three disciplines of triathlon.
- Email Training: 8 weeks of 4 emails each week that keep you on track and provide you with a first-timers training plan. It is like having hearing National Spokeswoman Sally Edwards saying to you four times a week through emails to do the magic word - train! It's a bargain and a must for those needing motivation and information.
