How are you going to train?
Train by joining one or more of the Official Training Programs for the DWTS
The Official Training Programs are designed by 118-time Danskin finisher and Triathlon Hall of Fame triathlon legend Sally Edwards, author of the best selling book Triathlons for Women and the Complete Book of Triathlons.Sally's company, Heart Zones USA, provides you with different choices of training programs. Each program is specific to you and your needs. There are different levels of training, clinics, camps, email training, having your own coach, and teams. All the programs are designed specifically to support you to be successful at the triathlon - it it is your first or umpteenth.
There are five different training programs to choose from. As you read about them below, know that they are exclusive to the Series, they use the branded and proprietary Heart Zones Training system, and each is tailored for your training ability.

- My Coach: Train with your own coach and your own personalized training program.
- Team DWTS Training: Train with the support of a team as a group and the expertise of a head coach and workout leaders.
- Camp DWTS: Sign-up for our 1-day camp to learn the skills and the cardio-fitness using a heart rate monitor plus learn how to transition and get course-specific information so that you can do your best on race day.
- Clinics: Learn by taking a sport (swim, bike, or run) or event (course or transition) clinic, click on Danskin Women's Triathlon Series.
- Email Training: Receive 32-emails for the 8 weeks leading up to your race, written by Sally Edwards, that include a training plan, tips, success stories, and educational information.
